  • Complete ownership transfer to your Shopify account

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The store does not match the specifications of your chosen package
  • Technical issues prevent the store from functioning properly
  • The store was not delivered within 24 hours
  • You experience significant technical problems that we cannot resolve

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subjective design preferences or style choices
  • Changes in business direction after delivery
  • Third-party app costs or Shopify subscription fees
  • Custom modifications requested after delivery
